MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office Foundation is to enhance public safety and community trust by supporting the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office through funding for advanced law enforcement technology, public safety initiatives, and specialized programs such as the Sheriff’s K-9 Unit. The Foundation is also committed to investing in the future through the implementation of a Sheriff’s Foundation Scholarship Program, aimed at supporting local students pursuing careers in public service, law enforcement, and related fields.

A Message from Sheriff Miramontes
It is my honor to welcome you to the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office Foundation. The Foundation serves as a vital partner in supporting the mission and operations of the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office.
Over the years, we have been fortunate to receive generous donations that have directly supported key programs and specialized units within the Sheriff’s Office, including the K-9 Unit, Crime Prevention Unit, Cadet Program, and Volunteer Services Program. To help manage and expand this support, we established the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office Foundation as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This allows us to receive tax-deductible donations and better serve the growing needs of our community.
Foundation contributions go beyond internal support. In addition to funding equipment and specialized resources such as new K-9s, vehicle equipment, drones, and other law enforcement tools, we also extend our support to local non-profit organizations that promote youth development and community engagement. By partnering with these groups, we aim to help build a stronger, safer future for the youth of Imperial County.
We are proud to have a dedicated and dynamic group of community and business leaders serving on our Foundation’s Board of Directors. Their commitment, innovation, and leadership play a key role in the Foundation’s success and its ongoing support of our agency.
